Put your phone away for thirty minutes tonight. Bring the fear, loneliness, or restlessness underneath it to God.
Ask an honest question
What do you reach for when you are bored? What do you hide? What does your family receive when you are interrupted? What truth are you avoiding? Which trusted man can ask you about this next week?
A boundary is not salvation. It is one honest way to stop pretending you can serve Christ and a hidden master without consequence.
