Do not overcomplicate it. Pick one trusted man, begin with the first conversation, and agree on the next time you will tell the truth and pray specifically.
The meeting rhythm
Read the Scripture. Tell the truth about the assignment. Pray specifically. Set the next act of obedience. Follow up before the next meeting.
After conversation four
Mark this only after the men actually complete all four conversations. Completion is not a badge; it is the point at which one of you can invite the next man and repeat the path.
Boundaries
This guide does not authorize untrained counseling, secrecy around abuse or self-harm, doctrinal freelancing, or independence from church leadership. Crisis, medical, legal, marriage, abuse, and pastoral matters belong with qualified help and responsible local-church leadership.
