Do not overcomplicate it. Pick one trusted man, begin with the first conversation, and agree on the next time you will tell the truth and pray specifically.
The meeting rhythm
Read the Scripture. Tell the truth about the assignment. Pray specifically. Set the next act of obedience. Follow up before the next meeting.
Your first twenty minutes
Ask one trusted man to meet. Read a short passage. Each man names one actual burden and one concrete act of obedience. Pray, then set the next meeting before leaving.
This is brotherhood under the care of a local church, not informal counseling or a place to hide danger.
Boundaries
This guide does not authorize untrained counseling, secrecy around abuse or self-harm, doctrinal freelancing, or independence from church leadership. Crisis, medical, legal, marriage, abuse, and pastoral matters belong with qualified help and responsible local-church leadership.
