## Meeting 1 — Submission before strength

## Meeting 2 — Self-government

Read: Proverbs 16:32; 1 Corinthians 9:24–27. Ask: Which appetite or habit makes my strength unreliable? Practice: choose one planned restraint for seven days.

## Meeting 3 — Truth and courage

Read: Psalm 15; 1 Corinthians 16:13–14. Ask: Where am I protecting appearances instead of speaking truth in love? Practice: complete one necessary truthful conversation.

## Meeting 4 — Work and provision

Read: Proverbs 27:23–27; 1 Timothy 5:8. Ask: Which need or risk have I avoided knowing? Practice: review household resources and complete one provision action.

## Meeting 5 — Household responsibility

Read: Deuteronomy 6:6–7; Ephesians 5:25–33. Ask: Where have I confused leadership with entitlement, absence, or control? Practice: hold one undistracted household conversation and make one repair.

## Meeting 6 — Church and public square

Read: Hebrews 10:24–25; Jeremiah 29:7. Ask: Where am I commenting without belonging or serving? Practice: accept one named responsibility in church or neighborhood life.
